Our guest house is located in the heart of the vineyards of the Côte des Bar. 

8000 hectares of vineyards, 64 villages of Champagne production and 600 winemakers offer you numerous visits and tastings. Pierre et Isabelle are at your disposal to advise you and book any visit or tasting.

The proximity of the Champagne lakes will allow you to sail, pedal boat, paddle, fishing, water skiing, swim ans also sunbathe on the sandy beaches. You can explore the lakes on the "vélovoie des lacs"(mainly reserved for cyclists and pedestrians) which links Dienville to Troyes (26 miles). You can discover beautiful landscapes as well as an exceptional biodiversity in a peaceful atmosphere.

The cultural appeal of our region is rich and diverse : Clairvaux abbey, Cité du cristal, Charles De Gaulle memorial, Napoleon museum, Renoir's house, Voltaire's castle, numerous half-timbered churches, etc ....

In Troyes, you can also scroll through the small medieval streets of the city center and visit museums, churches and the cathedral as well as the famous factory outlets.

In the surrounding area, there are also events such as "La route du Champagne en fête" (end of july), "La journée des plantes (end of may),  "Le festival international de la photo animalière" (3rd weekend of november),  "La foire aux bulles" et "La foire à la choucroute (in september), "Jazzabar" the jazz festival, "Le triathlon des lacs", horse races in Montier en Der, etc...

Our guesthouse is very close to the Via Francigena, the plimgrimage route from Canterbury cathedral in England to St Peter's in Rome. Pilgrims are given a very special welcome. Do not hesitate to contact us directly.

Located at the foot of the Cross of Lorraine in Colombey-les-deux-églises, the Charles de Gaulle Memorial completes a true journey of memory including the family home and the tomb of General de Gaulle.
